KC1SX added some new 1 kHz data to the QST Product Review:
BDR: 95 dB (graph on page 19)
IMD: 66 dB (graph on page 20)
Phase noise: -93 dBc/Hz (graph on page 21)
By way of comparison, here are Orion's 1 kHz numbers:

And remember that the Inrad #352 kit (#762 assembled) improves
IMD by "about 10 dB" (according to Sherwood) at 1 kHz over the
1000 Hz filter data listed above.
So much for "astonishing, unparalleled, ultimate" and other
unabashed Icom marketing hype about the 7800.
