If you're seeing the problem with the Titan 3 at 28 wpm and other folks
using Orion loop keying with Acom and Alpha amplifiers are reporting perfect
performance that would strongly suggest you should be looking more closely
at your Titan 3.  Particularly so as you now apparently have two Orions
exhibiting the same problem.
