I think it's the color burst needed on tv sets. I believe its in the
transmitter carrier too, used to tell the tv there is a color carrier; I
don't have the wording quite right but I'm sure someone will.

James and the group,  IF the TV is doing this,

Then we should complain to the TV manufacturer,  If we don't they will never

fix it.
