Bernard, just a thought. Why don't you contact Kim Hensley, WG8S, at Hsvl Utilities for advice on potential power line tower lines problems. Even tho that tower line may not be in his jurisdiction he mite be able to offer something toward a solution. Maybe worth a shot. I haven't met Kim but we have mutual friends in Huntsville.
