They must have two recent firmware releases?
Sounds like you didn't get the "southern version"?
From what I'm told the "SV" fixes grits, biscuits and gravy in lieu of the
pan fried trout.

Are you sure you're on the most recent firmware release?
Mine makes a big breakfast of flapjacks, eggs, and pan-fried trout every
morning. There was an early firmware release that occasionally
undercooked
the fish, but the latest release is getting it right every time ;-)
