Gosh, Dale, now you've gone and done it.
Disputing the experts. And in public, no less!

Seems like anyone who finds the T-T service
to be "intolerable" would sell all their T-T stuff
and convert to RiceBoxism. Sayonara.

  Hi to all
Just received my jupiter back from tentec service. It was out of
warrenty and went in for rf problems with the remote tuning pod.
They fixed the problem, updated the software... AND ........ went thru
EVERY function with a complete bench check out list. When I
talked to service dept. the rig was repaired a week eariler ,but was
waiting for its complete check out, before returning.
Iam for one, happy to give them the time and get the rig back @
100% with no missed service problems.Ever had your rice box ,go thru a
complete checkout, when you sent it in for a problem? the invoice
  usually just says repaired,thank you.
Tentec wrote details of what was done etc. and included the results
  of the check out.
   Total time was 3 weeks.
  thanks for listening.
