Fellas,
The stuff you all are talking about is available at any of the boat
stores
or on order from them. New England Ropes is one of the manufacturers. They
all can make available Kevlar, Spectra, Dacron, Nylon, or some pretty exotic
mixes thereof. Locate a local sailor and have describe the plus and minus of
all of these fibers.
