Can advise you that HRD works great with the ORION & the ORION 2 
-  Friend here in town
runs a TenTec Omni 6 and uses HRD but had to use the setup for an 
ICOM 735 (I believe).
Try contacting the HRD folks or their forum there are ops on there 
using the TenTec rigs and
the HRD software.
