If you look at some other radios (going back to my old IC-781, and including the current crop of $10-15K things), they have what essentially amounts to 3rd receiver (or at least IF strip and associated stuff) handling that function. This thread surprsed me. I thought the fish finder on the O2 was better then the Icom 756Pro series. Guess I will find out when I get my O2 next month. Bob - N6RI |
