You would do a whole lot better if would go with gel marine deep cycle
batteries. We have used one all day fishing running the trolling none stop
and had a lot more left in the battery didn't take but a few min. to bring
it up to full charge. But I would check with Ten Tec and see what the lowest
voltage the Orion II will operate at.
