With all due respect, are you proposing to prescribe where every ham's
interest in the hobby should lie?  Some guys are probably more interested in
antennas, in propagation, in Echolink, in old telegraph keys, in AM, etc.
Yes, they may even be more interested in the media than the message.
Whatever floats your boat.
