Let us grow some ethics on this list... There is a huge difference between
shared information, such as open discussion of the report, and flagrantly
violating a copyright... I STRONGLY object to those who took the ARRL
review which is for members only and transferred it to a non member...
Let this gentleman do the right thing and either send $3 to the ARRL or
rejoin...
