[TenTec] Ten Tec 963 Current Overload Protection ?

I have read a couple of posts about Power Supplies and overload protection.
I am using my Orion with an Astron SS-30M and so far no issues.  Would I be
better to switch to the TenTec 963, which I also have available but
currently do not have in service ?  Does it have the overload protection
that others are talking about ?
