Well Greg, I already did that. I wasn't the least bit hesitant as I 
had rebuilt my Argosy PTO
successfully a few years ago and it is still very smooth. Visual 
inspection of the slug jackscrew
on the Corsair shows a lot of lathe tool chatter in the Acme thread 
so who knows the condx
of the slug threads. So I thought I'd like to take my time to make 
sure it's right and be able to
enjoy the rig in the meantime.
