Really silly question, but I tripped on this just a couple of days ago.
Did you put the Orion 1 into the mode where it will accept a flash update?
If you don't, the update program on the PC will just sit there on Line 0.
How to do that is in one of the README files. It would be better if it was
right there in clear text on the flash updater program.
Memory fades....such is the danger of too-infrequent firmware releases. :-)
