I have documented that problem on my website, www.n6ie.com as RF getting in 
through the headphones cable.  There is a free factory mod that fixes the 
problem with a filter board that plugs into the audio board located inside 
the front panel of the radio.  You can verify if that's the problem by 
wrapping the headphones cables around a ferrite loop as close a possible to 
the connector.  The board cleared up the RFI 100%.

On my O2, the problem was worst on 10 meters with the amp on and the beam 
pointed in the general direction of the shack, although I suppose a lot of 
other combinations of power levels, frequencies and antennas could cause 
similar problems.
