I have had success with the Keyall from Jackson Harbor Press.

Hard to beat $11. I use a "Y" cable between the TX IN and TX OUT and
the Keyall. I turn off the AUX Key circuit through the menu.
The Keyall is silent, unlike the AUX relay, and is rated at 500 V and
2.5 A.
