on the Internet at same time on CQ100 interface @ 14.329 provide

The 40 meter net is on 7.183 @ 5:30 PM Eastern.
With the band conditions so poor at times, you can hear very well
over the Internet, or point your antenna toward Texas, as I am
usually the 20 meter netcontrol.
