That's how my Orion 1 works - S9 on Ant1 can just be heard with no S-meter
movement with Ant 2 selected.

I realize its not a Ten Tec but if you are interested in a comparison, 
Ft-1000D  signal 30 db over 9,   just audible with ant 2 selected.
thats more what I consider isolation.  YMMV

My Omni 6 with S9 signal can just hear the ant 2 selected,
no meter movement.

I sure dont need a radio that can hear off the other antenna port.
