During the life of such a product as the Omni V, likely there were 
changes in capacitor vendors as components are a rapidly changing supply 
source today.   Might even be best to go thru and individually list each 
cap, and search out the data sheets for those markings.  Most 
manufacturers have on line catalogs today, or can cross reference their 
older parts to current product.

The other advantage of doing close scrutiny yourself, is you can 
evaluate if each capacitor in the original choices seems most 
appropriate today, since capacitor designs evolve and sometimes improve 
over time.
