Have you tried a wooden stick to poke around on the boards?

Heat from hair dryer?

Cold from a spray can ?

I think TenTec press fits wires into there plugs and they may be needing a 
re-seat too?

Could be a cracked trace, but more likely a bad solder joint that looks just 
fine.
