Hi Martin...

Yes, I do  know what to do about it, and have done so.  I appreciate ALL of 
the good responses to my post so far.  My hope is simply that by sharing 
some of our feelings, we can encourage them to be a tad more attentive to 
our needs.  Few of us here wish to bash our friends at Sevierville.  I want 
to continue to support them, but they will need to step up if that is to 
happen.  Besides, the list has been too quiet!
