Not sure this will help... but my last RF from speakers in
the shack issue was solved by swapping out a problematic
3-foot antenna jumper -- and I know you said you checked
for that, but I had done that several times before I found
the problem child among all the good ones.  It checked
good for continuity and no shorts, but my RF in the speaker
problem quit thereafter.  Go figure.

The only way I found it was changed some of the cables
to different assignments, and the bad one ended up on
my 2 M mobile which has a straight line to the antenna
and the problems occurred only when I keyed up on 2M
and then it was clear which and why and how I was
getting problems.   Swapping it out fixed it immediately.
