Actually Rick if you look at the logbook position the operator is likely 
left-handed.  That would put the key/paddle in his neat shack, with the cable 
routed behind the desk, right under your callsign - hi!!

frequency is definitely CW. So now where's the mistake. Also looks like the 
bandwidth is at 500 or 600 Hz (My old eyes can't tell the difference).
