Guys, I may be wrong, but I seem to remember that there were TWO adjustments; 
one for the relay and one for the RX recovery.  It's been over 5 years since I 
have owned an Orion, but I'm pretty certain it was that way.  In any case, it 
would have to be one of the items on the TX menu.

Correct Floyd, the CW delay makes the receiver audio quiet but does
nothing for the relay clacking in both the Orion and Orion II.
