The TenTec R40 series clearly identifies itself as a TenTec product by having
the Ten-Tec logo on it yet it's made in China. Take a look at the website. No
question, it had Ten-Tec painted on the cover of the unit. This contradicts the
statement "Ten-Tec products are made in the USA!"Wonder if this violates any
advertising laws?Jay K0MU-------------------------There is a Ten-Tec radio that
is made overseas??
Which one?

Go to:

http://www.rigolna.com/products/digital-oscilloscopes/ds1000e/ds1052e/

Add to your cart. Answer a few easy questions. Take an additional $30
off.
$314 shipped.

Then google DS1052e for the mod to upgrade it from 50 MHz to 100 MHz.
Very easy
to do.

Yes it is an imported electronic item (not related to Ten-Tec), but
Ten-Tec also
imports/re-badges radios (yet Ten-Tec's confusingly states "Ten-Tec
products are
made in the USA!").
