True.  But knowing if has an oven would lower the expectations for 
success and, if the alignment already seems daunting, sending it in may 
be the least frustrating method.

I still say it's worth knowing.  Besides, talking the Ten Tec repair 
often gives me other tips for diagnosis and repair.
