                Yep -  I did today - on your suggestion.



                The thing that gets me is that it works,
                and tuned up initially - but now I cannot
                get it adjusted to make a proper measurement.
                I wonder what might have changed from the
                first time I used it and the present time...
                It seems to work OK, ... just not in proper
                proportion to other working meters, all of
                which agree within a reasonable tolerance.
