Wow! I sent my Orion in several weeks ago and got it back in
2-3 weeks. Things must have gotten very busy and/or service
techs are taking their summer vacations. Also, I notice on
the site that they have an opening for a tech.

FYI: TenTec received my Orion II two weeks ago, according to
UPS. 
Hearing nothing about it, I called today and was told to
expect a 6 to 8 week turnaround.
