Allen:

We'll let me say a hearty congratulations on acquiring this Corsair II. And if
it is in truly very great condition, IMHO you will have a CW and Fox Hunting
rig which is tough to beat! Makes me real jealous, to be honest.

See, I am talking about this rig's receiver, which will let you listen clear
down to well below the band's noise level. And Ten Tec got full break-in
(which they invented, I believe) absolutely right on the Corsair II = silky
smooth and whisper quiet. Wow!

My suggestion = get the INRAD 400 hz CW filter for it. The Ten Tec filters are
pretty good overall, but this 400 hz CW filter is absolutely divine in this
rig. And sometimes you can find one used for sale.

Congrats again on a great decision. Let us hear as the saga continues. I'll
be looking for you in the Fox Hunts.

73,
Doc/K0EVZ Poppa Fox
