It's AWFULLY hard to beat a used Ten Tec Titan 425. All generic parts, including discrete semiconductors, pretty easy to work on, a really good, but also pretty basic design. The 3CX800A7s last a LONG time if you don't do stupid stuff. And it's probably one of the cleanest amps you can buy.
