[TenTec] Omni 6+ 5 to 5.5 MHz VFO IF

The later Omni 6+ uses a 4 pin dual gate MOSFET for the feedback loop IF.

It is a black round device as opposed to the earlier 3SK301. It does not use 
the ferrite bead on the one gate.

Does anyone know the number for this device or a suitable replacement?

I can’t read the number on the one I am repairing but it begins with “BT”.
