This issue reminds me of a conversation on the Yahoo Groups Orion group
back on Feb. 16, 2014 called "Boot Failure on Orion 1", initiated by
WB2NMI:

I think the jist of it was intermittent logic board connections and the PCB
needed some resoldering and he enlisted the help of Arek AC2FC.
