Recheck all power connections from the power supply to the radio. The
white Molex connector for DC power on the radio is known to be
problematic. Make sure all is tight there.
If the transient diode has failed it may short to ground which should
blow the fuse or over current the power supply. If the diode is open,
it won't make any difference. Except you won't have transit protection
on the DC line.
Try a Master Reset from a Power Off condition.

DC power into radio is good. Fuse good.
There is a component labeled 5KP15A that appears to be a transient voltage
suppression diode near the 12VDC input.
Any clues of whether that might be what blew?
Thanks.
