TopBand: 5A2A Operation

     I'm not sure if I have the right frequency and time for 5A2A. I have 
     been listening at my sunset (23:50Z) and then at 0300Z on 1.8295Mhz 
     for 5A2A. Is this correct?
     
     Also, the FH operation. Is 1.828Mhz at my sunset the best 
     time/frequency?
