They had a decent signal in Eastern Tn around 0900, but dropped off to sporadic
letters. Had some pretty big QRN bursts here then
EU was pretty loud earlier in the evening, but with rapid QSB. An XE couldn't
hear me at all and VP2MXO struggled (he mentioned he had bad QRN)
