Barry, to handle high power with a small coaxial cable, I typically use
RG-303, and sometimes RG-400 (a variant of RG-142). These cables can be
found on-line in various short lengths for winding cores. I believe RG-303
is used in the high-power "Balun Designs" brand on the models where he does
not use a tight conductor pair. I've been meaning to contact them as
another supplier to purchase RG-303 in 10-foot lengths.
