| Use copper. This is a common commercial product used in building
| commercial AM station vertical arrays. The product is called expanded
| copper screening. It is sold in roles of 8X24ft. Multiple sections are
| simply soldered together on the ground.
|
| One major disadvantage exists. It is not low cost!
|

Another disadvantage is that copper is toxic to most hardwoods.
If you're yard is filled with big old oak trees, copper screen will
do them in over 5 to 10 years. A good argument for elevated radials.
Don't put any copper nails in those hardwoods either.
