Should anyone be interested, I have added some notes on a comparison of
2-element fan and fractal element beams to the notes at my site on
fractals and fans. The results tend to confirm earlier modeling studies
of these two types using dipole or single elements. If nothing else, the
geometries of the frequency-swept azimuth patterns are aesthetically
interesting.
Hope the notes are of some use.
