It is
very sticky and sorta globs together after a few weeks.  You'll hate it
when
the time comes to remove it - very gooey.



when using gooey sealants, a good idea is to initially tape the joint with
a pass of tape, then apply the gooey stuff over that, then tape over the
whole sticky mess........

by adding the first layer of tape you have added a "bond breaker" (no, not
SPECTRE) and can have clean ungooey connector components when you open the
thing up at a later date.
