Jim,
I painted my C3S so it would be a bit camoflaged here amongst the
evergreens at my Colorado QTH. Painted my entire tower too. I found
that painting with a brush was painfully slow. What ended up working
good was using a very small (4" wide) roller. I assembled the elements,
layed them across two saw horses, painted them and the boom, and then
performed final assembly by attaching the elements to the boom. No
matter how you do it it's a fair amount of work.
