Does anyone out there have an idea how to pry a response out of
Vectronics regarding service for a defective tuner. I sent the tuner to
them over four weeks ago with a burned out rotary inductor problem.
After four e-mails and three phone calls to their useless "Tech Line", I
cannot get anyone to tell me what's going on with the tuner. Any ideas
would be greatly appreciated.
