Absolutely. Just remember not to rivet the pieces. Don't bother with the
goop. Push one rivet from each set of holes through the innermost hole,
and wrap black tape around the element to hold the rivet in. Using self
tapping screws will make them hard to get apart. Use nuts and bolts
where ever they are supplied.
Will blow away any other limited space tribander.
