Brad,
It's in every edition (that I've seen) of the ARRL Handbook.
It's also more complicated than what you suggest in your question.
It's not a matter of a specific length, rather, it's a matter of not
exceeding a specific length. Most tower guy wires exceed the minimum length
(approx 15 feet on 10 meters) and will to be resonate on all ham bands. To
eliminate this problem, you must break up the guy wires with strain
insulators every 11 feet or, alternatively, use a non-conducting guy wire
like fiberglass.

Subject: [TowerTalk] Non-Resonant Guy Lengths?
Hello, T-T'ers! I'm in the process of installing guy wires
for a new tower I've put up. Does anyone know of a web-
site that lists which specific lengths to avoid so as not to
wind up with guy wires that are resonant on a particular
HF band?
At one time, I thought I remembered seeing a page in
one of my books that listed this but I can't seem to find
it. I didn't see it in my Low-Band DX'ing or my older
copies of the ARRL Antenna Book.
Thanks for the help!
