[Towertalk] Guys for vertical

I'm seen a lot of discussion here about guys and anchors for towers,
but was wondering what would be suitable for guying a quarter-wave 40
meter vertical.

I figure it should be some non-conductive material, but would like to
know the pros and cons of the various choices. Also, what would be a
good choice in guy anchors to use with this?
