[Towertalk] PE certification

I am in Reno NV area
was thinking of possible installing
2 el bobtail for 80m using 65 foot tall
masts.
Does anyone know of an Engineer
PE  ( NV certified)  who could "sign off"
on plans for these masts???  Most
local Engineers are used to "commercial"
clients and are very expensive.
