Boy this brought back memories. I once witnessed a guy standing on the top rungs of a 50ft Rohn 25G tower trying to fish a 21ft 2" back iron waterpipe into the nose section for a mast pipe. Now if he even had a belt, his waist was above the top of the tower and close to 18ft of mast/waterpipe was above his head. He managed to do it and get back down to a more safe position and finish an antenna installation. All that with a 10-15 mph wind. Yeah, unbelievable. 73 Greg K9ZM |
