Not sure about the PT-3. I use the Loos No 90, Model B. It will measure 3/16,
7/32, 1/4, and 9/32. I have had the 90 for about 15 ys.My instruction sheet
states that the No 91 will measure 3/32, 1/8 and 5/32.
