I'm always a little reluctant to believe a single report by
a single source in issues like this, when hundreds of others
have looked unsucessfully. It reminds me of the
electromagnetic cancer scare that was faked with bad data
and all the problems it caused.

I certainly would never worry at all about stamping,
cutting, or punching BeCu. None of that creates dust, and
the dust is the POSSIBLE danger. The solder we use is very
likely a much more dangerous long term.
