My foggy memory is beginning to tell me this was covered in QST some time in
the last few years.  They used boards with eye-bolts so they could not be
unscrewed.  I don't remember how they did it now, but it had them set up as
safeties so it took a padlock to keep away all but the serious trespassers.

It looked as secure as any commercial anti-climb device.  It was relatively
inexpensive, but you made up for that in labor. <:-))
